This simple hand tool works great, especially if you aren't setting a large number of grommets. To set grommets/eyelets, line up fabric between die and anvil and set with a hammer. High quality stainless steel. We also carry hand/anvil hole punches to pre-punch a perfectly sized hole in fabric.
